Okto has an IT staff dedicated to developing applications for all business segments in which it operates, thus assuring control over the applications and greater reliability for customers. Okto's Technology teams are divided by business segment, so that our customers are served by teams with proven prior experience in similar products and who understand the demands, rules, processes and differences of each market.

Reports

Okto has several types of administrative reports showing real-time information on message traffic, charges made, number of unique users who used the services, among others. The use of comparative graphics facilitates the viewing and monitoring of product results.

This information is made available to clients, partners and operators via a web interface, and it is possible to manage and restrict access to data through the use of profiles.

Okto also offers operators a tool that allows the execution of specific queries per user, facilitating the customer service and streamlining problem solving.

Relationship with Wireless Operators

Okto has a direct connection with all wireless operators in Brazil. We integrate partners and service providers of SMS, WAP, Web, WIB and others, to the operators' legacy systems, providing mechanisms of control, distribution and traffic billing.

The agreements already signed between the operators and Okto allow greater agility in the opening of new LAs and product launches, along with a close relationship guaranteed by the team of managers, segmented per area (IT, Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.) responsible for communication among the various companies involved.

Post-sale support

Okto provides services of post-sale support, implementation and clarification of doubts, all made through its service center, in a continuous and systematic manner.

This assurance is provided by a team that is dedicated and trained to provide the highest levels of service to its clients, partners and operators, providing services through the seal of quality assurance.

Another differentiated service is our assisted monitoring, the primary aim of which is to ensure that Okto systems are working perfectly during live programs, auctions and media events.

In addition to these services, we provide preventive monitoring for failures and diagnostics, and can detect flaws in the system internally and externally (operators) in a proactive way, through a process of daily checks. Testing is conducted by professionals with knowledge of the product functioning, who interact with the products by sending messages and simulating users who are using Okto services.
