Playphone, a US-based company with the largest catalogue of off-portal mobile games in the United States, wanted to enter the Brazilian market.

After conversations with integrators approved by wireless operators, it chose Okto to provide integration of its download services with the Brazilian wireless operators.

How Okto made it possible:

Okto participated in all stages of the process of approval by these operators, which included: adaptation of compliance with the rules of the Brazilian market and the requirements of each operator, preparing the documentation required for approval of the project, technical integration, approval of the service, and product launch.

Even after the launch of Playphone, Okto's work continues, by monitoring the evolution of service through online reports and a 24x7 support staff that helps the partner in the identification and repair of any eventual problems.

Reverse Auction: Lance Perfeito ("Perfect Bid" - Pânico/Rede TV!)

Objective: To offer viewers of "Rede TV!" television network the opportunity to participate in a real auction using their cell phones, in a way that's fun and interactive.

Solution: Viewers can participate in the auction by sending their bids via SMS. The person who sends the lowest unique bid wins the right to buy the product being auctioned.

The auctions are announced on the "Pânico na TV" television program and various times during regular programming of the RedeTV! broadcasting network.

Band

"Emplacou Levou": (Band)

Objective: To hold an interactive contest with the aim of loyalty-building and rewarding viewers of the "Band" television network.

Solution: During the project, audiences were encouraged to guess the license plate number of a car. Viewers sent in their guesses via SMS and the first person who got it right won the car as a prize.

Record

Quiz: O Aprendiz (The Apprentice - Rede Record)

Objective: To increase interactivity and loyalty among viewers of Brazil's version of the reality show "The Apprentice," on the "Rede Record" television network.

Solution: With the theme "Learn how to become an entrepreneur," the game of questions and answers, via mobile phones, tests fans' knowledge of the program.

Plus, the quiz features a loyalty-building plan that rewards participants with products such as notebook computers and printers.

SBT

Gateway: High School Musical (SBT/Disney)

Objective: To interact with viewers of "High School Musical" with exclusive content and awards.

Solution: Creation of an SMS Gateway, where fans can subscribe to receive exclusive news and also play a quiz game about the program. In addition to having fun, viewers compete for prizes by taking part in this interactivity.
